Last time I went to this place I had bad experience. I had to wait for more than 1 hour to get my food served and that was more than 5 years ago. Thus I decided to give this place another try. Another reason was that I just wanted to try their advertised Cold Noodle.



The service was not as bad as other review claimed. We were greeted nicely. Jane ordered the hot and sour soup noodle while I ordered Cold Noodle. The wait time for the food to be served was a bit long but still within reasonable time period. They served in a queue which made us felt better. Finally our noodles were served.



Jane's noodle smelled pretty good and it tasted good too. Both spicy and sour. One of the best spicy and sour soup we have ever tasted. The noodle did not absorb soup's taste neither. From start to finish, the soup was still very delicious. As for my cold noodle, it tasted good and very filling even though it still did not taste like what I had in Taiwan.



When we asked for bill, the restaurant started to get busy. I gave the waitress 20 dollar bill quickly but she just left in the counter. It took them more than 15 minutes to give us change back. We were getting restless. Even the restaurant was getting busier, I found the waitress had the chance here and there to give us the change back. Jane said she would not go back again.
